音源のご利用について

ご利用にあたって

nareka lab works で販売している音源は、個人・同人による非商用の創作活動での利用を想定し、ロイヤリティフリーBGMとして提供しています。

商用利用や法人でのご使用を希望される場合は、事前にご相談ください。ライセンスは素材単位での販売を基本とし、用途に応じて柔軟に対応いたします。商用利用に関するライセンス費用の目安は、こちらのページをご参照ください。

※ 利用規約の内容は、予告なく変更される場合があります。常に最新の内容をご確認ください。

利用可能な範囲（非商用OK）

  • YouTube・SNS・個人配信などの動画でのBGM利用
    • 収益化されているSNS、チャンネルの場合は、商用利用に該当します。非収益チャンネルでの利用はOKです。
    • YouTubeショートでのリミックスのみ無料お試しとしてOKとしています
  • 頒布目的の同人ゲーム・ボイスドラマでの利用
  • 個人制作の映像作品などへの利用
  • 学生・教育機関での利用（学生・個人制作映画（映画祭応募や上映会など）での使用など）
  • 楽曲利用時の編集・加工は自由です
※ クレジット表記は任意ですが、「Music by nareka」など記載いただけると助かります。

商用利用について（要相談）

以下のケースは、必ず事前にご連絡ください。
  • 有料配布・販売されるゲーム、アプリ、映像作品などへの利用
  • 企業・法人・広告案件での利用
  • 外部プラットフォーム（Steam、LINEスタンプ等）での展開
  • 商用Webサイト、店舗BGM等での利用
  • 収益化プログラム（YouTubeパートナープログラム等）に参加しているSNS・チャンネルでの使用
※ 用途や規模に応じて、ライセンス費用のご案内をさせていただきます。

禁止事項

  • 音源そのものの再配布・転売
  • Content ID登録（YouTube自動収益化の登録）
  • 楽曲単体でのストリーミング配信（Spotifyなど）への無断登録
  • 著作権表示の誤記や、nareka名義を偽る形での使用
  • 音源の一部を抜き出して再構成・サンプリング用途として使用すること
  • 公序良俗に反するコンテンツでの使用
  • 誹謗中傷を目的としたコンテンツでの利用

トラブル対応について

万が一、YouTube等でのContent ID申し立て等が発生した場合は、購入者さまからのご連絡を受けたうえで、できる限りサポートさせていただきます。動画のURLや申し立て内容を明記のうえ、ご相談ください。

About Using Our Audio (nareka lab works)

Usage Guidelines

The audio tracks sold by nareka lab works are offered as royalty-free background music, intended for use in personal and doujin non-commercial creative activities.

For commercial use or corporate usage, please contact us in advance. We offer licenses on a per-material basis and can accommodate flexible arrangements based on your needs. For reference on commercial license fees, please check this page.

Permitted Usage (Non-commercial OK)

  • Use as BGM in videos for YouTube, SNS, personal streaming, etc.
    • For monetized SNS and channels, this is considered commercial use. Usage on non-monetized channels is OK.
    • Remixes for YouTube Shorts are allowed as a free trial
  • Use in doujin games and voice dramas for distribution
  • Use in personally produced video works
  • Use in educational institutions (e.g., student films for film festivals or screenings)
  • Free editing and processing of the music is permitted
※ Credit attribution is optional, but we appreciate if you could include “Music by nareka” or similar.

Commercial Usage (Consultation Required)

Please contact us in advance for the following cases:
  • Use in games, apps, video works that are distributed or sold for profit
  • Use in corporate, business, or advertising projects
  • Distribution on external platforms (Steam, LINE Stickers, etc.)
  • Use on commercial websites or as store BGM
  • Use on SNS or channels participating in monetization programs (YouTube Partner Program, etc.)
※ We will provide license fee information based on the purpose and scale of use.

Prohibited Actions

  • Redistribution or resale of the audio tracks themselves
  • Content ID registration (YouTube automatic monetization registration)
  • Unauthorized registration for streaming distribution (Spotify, etc.)
  • Incorrect copyright attribution or impersonation of nareka
  • Extracting parts of the audio for reconstruction or use in other musical works
  • Use in content that violates public order and morals
  • Use in content intended for defamation

Troubleshooting

In the event of a Content ID claim on YouTube or similar platforms, we will provide support to the best of our ability upon receiving your notification. Please contact us with the video URL and details of the claim.
