nareka lab works の音源は、非商用の創作活動に向けて制作・販売しています。
ただし、商用プロジェクトや法人でのご使用についても、用途に応じて個別にライセンス対応が可能です。下記は商用利用に該当するケースと、その際のライセンス料の目安です。正式な金額は、ご相談内容に応じて個別にご案内させていただきます。

無断での商用利用（例：広告動画や販売作品での使用）が確認された場合は、利用停止のお願いや使用料のご請求を行う場合があります。

- 有料配布の同人ゲーム（例：BOOTH、DLsite）

- 少額案件での動画編集（クライアントワーク含む）
中規模プロジェクト／継続使用（追加ライセンス：3,000円〜）
- SteamやDLsiteで販売される商用目的の同人ゲーム
- 収益化済YouTubeチャンネルでのシリーズ的な継続使用
- 入場料のある舞台・イベントでの使用
- 小規模アプリ（有料／広告付き）での常時使用
法人／商用サービスでの使用（個別見積：5,000円〜）
- 企業・法人による広告動画・商品PR映像などへの使用
- 自社アプリ・サービス・店舗等での継続使用
- Webサイトでの常設BGM再生や商用配信
- 制作会社によるクライアント案件（再配布・納品含む）

The audio tracks from nareka lab works are produced and sold for non-commercial creative activities.
However, we can also accommodate commercial projects and corporate usage with individual licensing arrangements. Below are examples of commercial use cases and estimated license fees. The final amount will be determined based on your specific requirements.
Important Notice
Unauthorized commercial use (e.g., in advertising videos or products for sale) may result in a request to cease usage or billing for usage fees.

License Fee Guidelines
Small-scale Doujin/Personal Use (Additional License: from ¥1,000)
- Use on monetized SNS and channels
- Paid distribution of doujin games (e.g., BOOTH, DLsite)
- BGM for paid content on FANBOX/note
- Small-scale video editing projects (including client work)
Medium-scale Projects/Continuous Use (Additional License: from ¥3,000)
- Commercial doujin games sold on Steam or DLsite
- Continuous series use on monetized YouTube channels
- Use at paid-entry stages and events
- Regular use in small-scale apps (paid/ad-supported)
Corporate/Commercial Service Use (Custom Quote: from ¥5,000)
- Use in corporate advertising videos and product PR videos
- Continuous use in company apps, services, or stores
- Regular BGM playback on websites or commercial distribution
- Client projects by production companies (including redistribution and delivery)
